Happy New Year!

I hope all of you had a beautiful holiday season. The craziness is over, things are quieting down, and HA! That's a nice thought, but things around here are always crazy. We have lots to do and learn in this new year.

One of my goals this year is to master the art of soldering! I was a lucky little girl and got all the equipment needed for Christmas. Kasey and I both made our first creations. They will be making their appearance soon.

We have set our OC 2010 Market schedule, get your pens out!
May 15th & 16th
October 9th & 10th
Jolly Junk December 4th

Keep posted as we have so many things we want to create and we've already been busy junking for our May Market. If you can't wait until then, stop by our online shop.

Friday Nite Junk Club is starting again in the New Year! We would love to hear what you want to create. Is there something that you've been dying to try, but just haven't? Let us know, your project just might get picked!

I am sure there is more to tell, but I'll save it for tomorrow. Happy Junking in 2010! jojo

It's been a frigid week here in Iowa! Trying to decide whether to take the little one out into the cold today? Have you gotten out much? There is junk just waiting to be discovered...but it's gonna have to wait a little while. Had a good friend lose everything to a fire 2 nights ago. Her family is safe, but not a thing spared. The fire fighters had to watch in vain as their truck tanks froze up on them. It's sad, but they're a strong family and the community is rallying behind them! The weather can be tough in these parts, but the people are good! Take care, Brenda
